Our centrally located Clubhouse is the hub of our community, connecting both our Parkview and Terraces residences — you’ll never need to step outdoors in inclement weather to meet up with friends! Inside our Clubhouse, you’ll find a library for quiet gatherings; a multipurpose room for community games, movies and lectures; a saltwater pool featuring free swim and water aerobics classes; a state-of-the-art fitness center, complete with a personal trainer providing complementary sessions; and an art room where you can create alone or with friends and in classes. Here you’ll also find a full-service salon, complete with hair stylists who will become your new confidante, as well as nail technicians and even a masseuse!

The Fountaingate Gardens Lifestyle Enhancement team is here to help plan your days, so you’re always able to find something to do and people to do it with. In addition to multiple member-run groups, there is a full calendar of events and activities each day, including lectures, exercise programs and art classes, as well as trips to museums, gardens, local wineries and the theater.

The outdoor grounds at Fountaingate Gardens are truly spectacular. Take an early morning stroll – walking your dog if you’re so inclined – on our beautiful one-mile walking path amid our fabulous brook and fountains. Outdoors, there is something for everyone: firepits and comfortable seating for cool evening gatherings; benches in the shade or the sun to sit and chat or read a book; pickleball courts, a bocce court; and community gardens.

Our members love their new apartment homes, and their new kitchens…but they love not having to cook even more! Whether gathering with their friends for a drink and snacks in our Pub, at the Bistro for a casual lunch, or in our Fireside Restaurant for dinner, our members enjoy deciding when they want to cook, and when they want to be served. And our team is happy to oblige!
