The Fountaingate Gardens’ Information Center was full of friendly faces on Tuesday, July 13th, as more than 40 of our founding members gathered in their future backyards for some grillin’ and chillin.’

While many of the Fountaingate Gardens Founders have grown accustomed to meeting on Thursdays via virtual Zoom calls, everyone was excited to finally spend some time with their new buddies and future neighbors in person. Attendees enjoyed a classic American BBQ fare of plump hotdogs and char-grilled hamburgers, finishing off the meal with juicy watermelon slices. Guests were especially thrilled to share their meals with the backdrop of construction of their future homes. Move-in day can’t come soon enough!

The BBQ was a special event to formally introduce our Founders to Fountaingate Gardens’ new Director of Sales and Marketing, Tamar Segura. Tamar will be playing an integral part in developing and hosting much of their future programming and is excited to get to know each and every one of our future residents. Soon after introductions, party guests were challenged with guessing the mystery number of Swedish Fish in a bowl. Our grand prize winner, former educator Paula Blum, guessed correctly with the exact number of fish being 113, and was rewarded with a special prize bag. To close out the event, a parade of cars made their way through the recently paved construction site as Founders were invited to get an inside peek at their future homes.

We look forward to hosting similar events and more as our community continues to grow and our construction nears completion!
