We are thrilled to welcome warm sunny days… and new members! Our Fountaingate Gardens community members are putting down roots and blooming as they rediscover retirement. Come see what Long Island’s newest Life Plan Community has in store for you! Attend an Open House to learn more about our beautiful new community, our many wellness-focused amenities, and the overall dynamic retirement lifestyle that awaits you as a Fountaingate Gardens resident.
