Seniors Real Estate Specialist CE Workshop

Register today for a free CE-approved class for real estate agents seeking to better serve homebuyers and sellers over the age of 50.

Hosted at Fountaingate Gardens, Long Island’s newest Life Plan/Independent Living Community, this workshop will be taught by Michael Aharoni, SRES ABR, and will provide 3 continuing education credits towards the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation.

This three-hour workshop will cover the special needs of maturing Americans when selling, buying, relocating or refinancing residential or investment properties.  Attendees will learn business-building skills and resources needed to guide homebuyers and sellers in this niche market through major financial and lifestyle transitions.  An overview of the amenities and benefits of Long Island’s newest senior living option — Life Plan Community living — will be provided, with a close look at the unique healthcare safety net aspect of this vibrant senior community living choice.
