Fountaingate Founders Summer Zoom!

The purpose of this marketing material is for Fountaingate Gardens to offer prospective residents an opportunity to guarantee a residence in the community by entering into an agreement to reserve a unit under construction and paying a fully refundable 10% deposit. The 10% deposit will be deposited into an escrow account, and shall be refunded with interest upon request for cancellation prior to occupancy of the unit. The agreement will require an entrance fee, minus the deposit, to be paid upon availability to occupy the reserved unit and thereafter be subject to the refund requirements under Public Health Law § 4609 .
